Menya byinshi kuri ORS umunyu banywa mu mazi ukoreshwa mu kurwanya umwuma

ORS (Oral rehydration salts) uruvangitirane rw’isukari n’umunyu ku rugero rungana, ikoreshwa mu kurwanya umwuma ushobora guterwa n’impiswi cg kuruka.

Ikoreshwa mu gusubiza amazi ku rugero rukwiye n’imyunyungugu mu mubiri, bityo ikitabazwa mu kuvura no kwirinda umwuma mu mubiri uturuka ku mpiswi zatewe n’indwara zitandukanye harimo na cholera.

Uyu muti ukoze ku buryo wongera gusubiza amazi ahagije mu mubiri, urimo sodium ku rugero rungana neza na glucose, kimwe n’indi myunyungugu nka potasiyumu, chloride na citrate.

ORS igizwe n’iki?

Bitewe n’aho yakorewe na buri gihugu bigenda bitandukanye ibiyigize ariko bigomba kuba biteye gutya:

  • Glucose cg isukari ni 75mmol/L (iba igomba kuba ingana na sodium irimo, ariko ntigomba kurenza 111mmol/L)
  • Sodium cg umunyu ni 75mEq/L (nawo ugomba kuba uri hagati ya 60-90 mEq/L)
  • Potassium igomba kuba iri hagati ya 15-25 mEq/L
  • Citrate igomba kuba hagati ya 8-12 mmol/L
  • Chloride igomba kuba hagati ya 50-80 mEq/L

ORS ikoreshwa gute?

Uyu muti uboneka nk’agafu kaba kari mu dusashi; agasashi kamwe ugashyira mu mazi meza atetse neza agakombe cg akarahuri ka mililitiro 200 (200ml). Uyu muti ugomba guhita unywobwa wose, niba uri kuwuha umwana muto cyane (munsi y’umwaka 1), niba adashoboye kuwunywera rimwe ushobora gukomeza kugenda umuha gacye gacye ariko mbere y’iminota 30 umaze kuwukora.

Ntugomba kurenza isaha 1 umuti ugiteretse.

Igipimo cy’umuti ugomba kunywa cg guha umwana ugenwa na muganga cg ukabaza farumasiye  igihe ugiye gufata umuti muri farumasi (nubwo ku dusashi twinshi biba byanditseho), ku muti ugomba guha umwana ni byiza kumushishikariza kuwunywera rimwe wose.

Umuti utangira gukora ryari?

Ibimenyetso bishobora kukwereka ko umwana afite umwuma:

  • Niba ubona umunwa we wumye
  • Arira ariko amarira ntaze
  • Kubona acecetse cyane cg ari gusinzira cyane
  • Niba ari umwana utangiye gukura, ubona anyara gacye ugereranyije n’ibisanzwe (nka 2-3 ku munsi gutyo)
  • Ku bana bato cyane, kubona yanyaye

Impiswi akenshi ku bana zikunda guhita zizana n’uburwayi ukabona umwana yacitse intege cg araruka. Mu gihe ubonye agenda arwara, aruka kandi ari guhitwa, si byiza guhita umuhera umuti wose icyarimwe, kuko na none mwinshi mu nda ushobora gutuma agenda arushaho kurwara cg se guhita awuruka; wose ushobora kuwukorera rimwe hanyuma ukagenda umuha gacye gacye buri minota hagati y’5-10 (niba wakoze 200ml, ukagenda umuha 10ml buri minota 5 cg 20 ml buri minota 10)

Bigenda gute iyo wibagiwe kuwufata?
Uyu muti ushobora kuwufata igihe ubyibukiye, niba wibagiwe kuwunywera igihe. Mu gihe waba wahaye umwana umuti mwinshi, ntacyo wamutwara.
