Dore amafunguro ukwiriye kwirinda gutekana n’umunyu kugira ngo ugire ubuzima bwiza

World Health Organization [WHO], ikicyo Mpuzamahanga cyita ku buzima , gisaba abantu batuye Isi kugabanya ingano y’umunyu bafata by’umwihariko bakawugabanya bari mu gikoni. Batitaye kuri izo nama, benshi ntabwo bahwemye gukomeza kurya umunyu mwinshi.

Iyi nkuru igiye kugaruka ku mafunguro amwe n’amwe utari ukwiriye guteka ngo ushyiremo umunyu mu rwego rwo kwifuza kugira ubuzima bwiza.

1.Ibijumba.

Ibijumba ubwabyo birihagije ku buryo bidakenera kubitekana umunyu by’umwihariko mu gihe wabitekanye n’ibishishwa bya byo. Mu bijumba haba harimo umunyu wihariye udakenera undi.

2.Ibitoki.

Nta bwo ari ngombwa ko umuhanga wo guteka ibitoki abitekana umunyu kuko muri byo habamo umunyu wabyo wihariye.

3.Amateke.

Kimwe n’ibijumba, amateke nayo ni byiza kuyariraho , nta munyu ushyizemo waba urino kuyateka ukirinda kuyarungamo umunyu.Amateke yashyizwemo umunyu mwinshi arabiha cyane.

4.Umuceri.

Umuceri , ushyirwamo umunyu, ariko nk’uko tumaze kubibona ku mateke, ntabwo ari byiza gushyira umunyu mwinshi mu muceri kuko habaho ‘Kuyungubira’.

Umuceri ukungahaye kuri Starch ,Carbs , ndetse n’isukari bituma usabwa ko utegurwa nta munyu mwinshi ushyizwemo.

5.Ibigori.

Mu bice bitandukanye by’Isi, birabujijwe gushyira umunyu mu bigori.Hamwe na hamwe mu Rwanda hari ababitekana n’umunyu ariko nk’uko tubikesha ibinyamakuru bitandukanye, ntabwo ari byiza guteka umunyu mu bigori.
