Menya ibyiza bidasanzwe byo kurya inanasi

Inanasi ni urubuto ruzwi cyane ku isi yose kubera uburyohe bwayo ndetse n’akamaro k’ubuzima ifite. Uru rubuto rukomoka mu muryango w’ibinyomoro (Bromeliaceae) kandi rwamenyekanye cyane mu bihugu by’uburengerazuba. Kurya inanasi kenshi bigira inyungu nyinshi ku buzima bw’umuntu, dore zimwe muri zo:

1. Kuzamura Ubwirinzi bw’Umubiri
Inanasi ikungahaye kuri Vitamini C, izwiho kuzamura ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri. Iyi vitamini ifasha mu kurwanya indwara zitandukanye zituruka kuri za mikorobi, ndetse igafasha umubiri kwivana mu nkurikizi z’ibisebe.

2. Gufasha mu Igogorwa
Inanasi irimo enzyme yitwa bromelain ifasha mu igogorwa ry’ibiryo mu gifu. Bromelain ifasha kandi mu kugabanya ibimenyetso bya dyspepsia (kubyimba no kumva ururenda mu nda), ndetse no kurwanya impiswi.

3. Kugabanya Ibinure mu Mubiri
Kubera ko inanasi ikungahaye ku mazi kandi ikaba ifite isukari y’umwimerere, irafasha mu kugabanya ibinure mu mubiri. Ibi byongerera umubiri ubushobozi bwo kwitwara neza mu gihe cy’imirimo y’ingufu no kugumana ibiro biri ku rugero rwiza.

4. Kuzamura Imikorere y’Imyakura
Inanasi ni isoko nziza ya manganese, ikinyabutabire gifasha mu mikorere myiza y’imyakura. Manganese ikenewe mu gukora insoro zitukura z’amaraso, igafasha kandi mu mikorere y’imitsi n’imikaya.

5. Gufasha Mu Kurwanya Kanseri
Ibyo inanasi irimo nka bromelain na vitamini C bifite ubushobozi bwo kurwanya kanseri. Bromelain ifasha mu kurwanya ibitera  kanseri, naho vitamini C ikaba nziza mu kurwanya ibinyabutabire bibi bishobora guteza kanseri.

6. Gufasha Imikorere y’Ubwonko
Vitamini B1 (thiamine) iboneka mu nanasi ifasha mu mikorere y’ubwonko no kwibuka neza. Iyi vitamini ifasha mu gukora neza kw’ingufu mu mubiri (metabolism) no kubungabunga ubuzima bw’ubwonko.

N’ubwo inanasi ifite akamaro kanini ku buzima, ishobora guteza ibibazo mu bantu bamwe bafite impinduramatwara z’ingirangingo (allergies) cyangwa abarwara indwara zifata igifu. Ni byiza kugisha inama muganga igihe cyose ubona ibimenyetso bidasanzwe nyuma yo kurya inanasi.
