Abantu bafite imyaka 40 ndetse n’abafite hejuru yayo, ni abantu baba bakeneye indyo zuzuye kandi zitetse neza kugirango bakomeze kugira ubuzima bwiza, ndetse mu ndyo baba bagomba kurya izi 5 zikurikira ntiziba zigomba kuburamo.

1. Avoka : Ibinyamavuta byiza bifasha mu kugabanya cholesterol mbi no gutuma uruhu ruhorana itoto.
