Ibimenyetso 10 byingenzi bizakwereka ko uri mu nzira yo kurwara Diyabete

Diyabete ni indwara y’ikirenga iterwa n’imikorere mibi y’isukari mu maraso. Kumenya ibimenyetso byayo hakiri kare ni ingenzi cyane kugira ngo ushobore gufata ingamba zo kuyirinda no kuyirwanya. Dore bimwe mu bimenyetso by’ingenzi byerekana ko ushobora kuba uri mu nzira yo kurwara diyabete:

1. Kunywa Amazi Menshi (Polydipsia) :Niba usigaye wumva inyota idasanzwe kandi na nyuma yo kuyanywa  ugasigara wumva ugishaka kunywa amazi menshi, ibi bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’uko isukari mu maraso yawe iri hejuru.

2. Kwihagarika Kenshi (Polyuria): Kwihagarika inshuro nyinshi ku munsi, ndetse no mu ijoro, ni ikindi kimenyetso cyerekana ko ushobora kuba uri mu nzira yo kurwara diyabete. Isukari nyinshi mu maraso ituma impyiko zikora cyane ngo ziburizemo isukari nyinshi.

3. Kuribwa N’Umubiri (Pruritus): Kuribwa cyane ku ruhu, cyane cyane mu gice cy’igitsina cyangwa mu kibuno, bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’uko isukari iri hejuru mu maraso, bikaba byatera kwiyongera kwa bagiteri cyangwa udusimba.

5. Kubyibuha Bidasanzwe cyangwa Kugabanuka Kw’Ibiro  mu buryo bwihuse : Kugabanuka kw’ibiro byinshi icyarimwe cyangwa kubyibuha cyane udafite impamvu izwi, ni ikindi kimenyetso cy’uko ushobora kuba ufite ibibazo by’isukari mu maraso.

6. Kumva Impinduka Zidasanzwe Mu Mubiri : Kumva hari impinduka mu mubiri wawe, nko kwikomeza kubabara mu ngingo, cyangwa kumva urwaye ubudasiba, bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’uko umubiri wawe utari kugenzura isukari neza.

7. Kugira ibikomere bigatinda gukira : Niba ugira ibikomere cyangwa udusebe, bigatinda gukira uzamenye ko uri mu nzira yo kurwara diyabete. ibi bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’uko isukari iri hejuru mu maraso.

8. Ibinure byinshi mu nda :  Kwiyongera kw’ibinure mu gice cyo hagati y’umubiri cyangwa mu nda, bizwi nka “visceral fat,” byongera ibyago byo kugira diyabete ya kabiri.

9. Kwijima Kw’uruhu mu bice bimwe na bimwe:  Kwiyongera kwa melanin mu ruhu bigatuma habaho utuntu tw’umukara, cyane cyane mu bice nk’ibyiko, mu kwaha cyangwa mu bitugu, bishobora kuba ikimenyetso cy’uko ushobora kuba uri mu nzira yo kurwara diyabete.
