1. Gufasha imboni z’amaso:

Karoti zifite intungamubiri zirimo Vitamini A, izwiho gufasha mu kurinda amaso no kugabanya ibyago byo kugira ubuhumyi .

2. Gukomeza uruhu:

Vitamini A iri muri karoti ifasha mu gusana no gusukura uruhu. Kurya karoti bituma uruhu ruhorana itoto, rukirinda kwangirika bitewe n’izuba n’imisemburo. Karoti kandi zifasha mu gukura inkovu ku ruhu.

3. Kugabanya ibyago by’indwara z’umutima:

Karoti zifite intungamubiri zirimo Potassium n’ibindi byifashishwa mu kugabanya umuvuduko w’amaraso, bikagabanya ibyago byo kurwara indwara zifata umutima. Kurya karoti bikomeza imiyoboro y’amaraso, bikarinda ko ifungana.

4. Kurinda kanseri:

Karoti zifite intungamubiri zirimo antioxidants n’ibindi bintu birwanya kanseri, nk’ibizwi nka carotenoids. Ibi bigabanya ibyago byo kurwara kanseri zinyuranye, cyane cyane kanseri y’uruhu, iy’amabere, iy’amara ndetse n’iy’igifu.

 

5. Gufasha mu igogorwa:

Karoti zikungahaye kuri fibre, izwiho gufasha mu igogorwa no kurinda impatwe. Kurya karoti bigabanya ibyago byo kugira acide irenze urugero mu gifu, bigatuma igogorwa rikora neza.

6. Kongera ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri:

Vitamini C iri muri karoti ifasha mu kongera ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri, ikarinda indwara zinyuranye. Karoti kandi zikungahaye ku myunyu ngugu n’izindi vitamini, byose bifatanya mu kurwanya indwara no gutuma umubiri wihanganira mikorobi.
