Menya ibyiza bidasanzwe byo kurya igisheke

Igisheke ni urubuto ruribwa cyane mu bice bitandukanye by’isi kandi rukunzwe ku buryo budasanzwe kubera uburyohe n’ibyiza byinshi gitanga ku buzima bw’umuntu. Kurya igisheke bigira akamaro gatandukanye ku buzima, harimo no kugabanya ibyago by’indwara zitandukanye.

1. Gutuma umubiri ugira amazi ahagije:

Igisheke kirimo amazi menshi, ku kigero kirenga 70%. Ibi bituma ari ingenzi mu gihe cy’izuba rikabije cyangwa igihe wumva ushaka amazi. Amazi ari mu gisheke arinda umubiri  kumagara no kugira ibibazo biterwa no kubura amazi.

 

2. Gutera imbaraga umubiri:

Kurya igisheke byihutisha kongera ingufu mu mubiri kubera ibinyasukari bisanzwe birimo. Biba byiza cyane iyo ukiriye mu gihe ukeneye kongera imbaraga mu gihe gito, urugero nk’igihe umaze gukora siporo cyangwa wumva unaniwe.

 

3.Gukomeza amagufwa n’amenyo:

Igisheke kirimo imyunyu-ngugu nka calcium, phosphorus, n’ibindi byubaka amagufwa. Ibi bifasha cyane mu gukomeza amagufwa n’amenyo, ndetse bikarinda indwara zifata amagufwa nk’uburibwe cyangwa kumeneka.

4.Gufasha mu igogorwa;

Igisheke gifite fiber nyinshi ituma igogorwa rigenda neza. Fiber ituma igogorwa ry’ibiryo riba ryiza, bikarinda ikibazo cyo kwituma bikomeye (constipation) cyangwa se impatwe ndetse n’izindi ndwara zifata igogorwa.

 

5. Kurinda indwara z’umutima:

Kurya igisheke bifasha kugabanya cholesterol mbi mu maraso, ibi bigafasha mu kurinda indwara zifata umutima n’imitsi y’amaraso. Ibi bifasha kugabanya ibyago byo gufatwa n’indwara nka stroke cyangwa heart attack.

 

6. Kurinda kanseri:

Igisheke gifite ubushobozi bwo kurinda kanseri kubera antioxydants zibirimo. Izi antioxydants zifasha mu kurwanya imyunyu ngugu mibi (free radicals) mu mubiri, bikarinda gukura kwa kanseri, cyane cyane kanseri y’igifu n’iy’amara.

 

7. Kongera ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri:

Ibinyamisogwe n’intungamubiri biri mu gisheke bifasha mu kongera ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri. Ubudahangarwa bukomeye bufasha umubiri guhangana n’indwara zitandukanye, harimo iziterwa na mikorobi.

8. Kugabanya umuvuduko ukabije w’amaraso;

Ibinyamavuta n’ibinyamisogwe biri mu gisheke bifasha kugabanya umuvuduko ukabije w’amaraso. Ibi bituma amaraso atembera neza mu mubiri, bigafasha kugabanya ibyago byo gufatwa n’indwara z’umutima.

Muri make, igisheke ni urubuto rw’agaciro gakomeye ku buzima bw’umuntu. Kugikoresha mu buryo bwa kinyamwuga, ntugikoreshe ku bwinshi, kandi ukakirya kikiri kibisi(gisaruwe vuba).
